Ernest is a board member of Global Media Alliance, Global Media Alliance Broadcast Ltd., Silverbird West Africa Holdings, and Global Cinemas Ltd. He is the current board chairman of Silverbird Entertainment Ghana Ltd.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Arts, Economics & Philosophy from the Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH and an MBA in Finance and International Management Strategy from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA.
