Thomas Eshun is a legal and regulatory practitioner with interest in corporate regulation, telecommunication and media. Thomas has had twenty years of post-call experience as a legal and regulatory practitioner and has over the period supported multinationals operating in the telecommunication and broadcast industry. Thomas’ areas of expertise include legal and regulatory compliance, intellectual property right licensing, protection and enforcement, and legal due diligence in corporate capital and debt financing. He has been recognised as a highly experienced practitioner in Legal 500’s General Council Power List (see https://www.legal500.com/gc-powerlist/africa-2015/thomas-eshun/).

Currently, Thomas Eshun is the Head of Regulatory of the Ghana operation of MultiChoice Africa – a Pay TV multinational organisation and has been part of the GIBA Legal Committee for the past 9 years.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance option) degree from the University of Ghana Business School, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB – Postgraduate) degree and a Bachelor of Science (BSc. Chemistry) Degree all from the University of Ghana.
